Why Lens Life?

Kurtköy is the fastest, most planned and most carefully developing region of Istanbul in recent years. The buildings that received international architectural awards, the building selected as the “Best Residence in the World”, gardens with landscaped works of art and many other beautiful works enrich Kurtköy.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Aviation Maintenance and Repair Center, Technopark Istanbul Technology Development Center, foundation universities and private hospitals in the vicinity add further impetus to Kurtköy's rapid development. In this direction, a young, active and highly qualified population with a high intellectual level has been formed in Kurtköy.

In order to have a share in rapid development, our group has been working diligently since 2006, admiring the superior quality of the people who choose to live in Kurtköy. With this feeling when we started the Lens Istanbul Project, we chose the best architects, artists and the most knowledgeable staff as companions. The result was much more beautiful than we expected, a structural integrity with a very high energy was formed. The only thing we lacked was to add life to this beautiful creation.

To this end; We watched the social life of Kurtköy, to which we are connected with love and passion, with a scientific approach day and night, and tried to determine their needs. Urban needs were met very well with the zoning plan of Kurtköy, which was formed in the 1980s. In addition, due to the necessity of parcels larger than 10 decares, dispersed urbanization was prevented and a self-integrating site life was aimed.

With the structures that came to life from the Kurtköy Zoning Plan, very beautiful sites were established in Kurtköy, providing very good opportunities to its residents. This development still continues. The city life, which has become fashionable and preferred in recent years, is getting people accustomed to the city life by taking them away from the possibilities of city life. For this reason, the streets in Kurtköy were empty on weekends and especially in the evenings. However, restaurants, cafes, cultural and artistic activities that add vitality, color, flavor and fun to the social life of the city are indispensable requirements for intellectuals. Areas that will be gathering centers for the people living in the region add great vitality to the urban life.

We developed the shopping and housing project, which started as “Lens Istanbul”, as a “Lens Life Center” in order to actively participate in Kurtköy's social life, and now we are putting it into service.

Our goal is to share a respectable environment where family life and social life meet with Kurtköy residents and those who choose Kurtköy. In Lens Yaşam, we will cooperate with social life experts, artists in all subjects, companies that opened offices in Lens Yaşam Center and our neighbors residing in Lens Yaşam, in order to achieve family unity. At Lens Life Center, we will make an effort to live up to the highest level of decency, kindness, taste, fun and friendship. We wish a peaceful life to bring mercy, abundance and happiness to Lens Life Center.
